Just did 6x400s while watching part of a Buffy episode. Here are my times (goal for these is 2:27):

I seem to have no problems doing my speedwork, and my long runs are coming along rather well. It's just this tempo run thing. I am supposed to do a 6-mile tempo run this week. Maybe I will do some intervals during it, and see if that ups the pace at all.
Less than 4 weeks until the race! Gulp.
