Yesterday I started having a pain on the outside of my left knee. It was still there this morning, but disappeared between the time I woke up and the time I went to change clothes to run repeats.
I was slated to do three half-milers in 4:59.

Negative splits, even! Go figure.
I also did a half-mile warm-up and a 1/5-mile cool-down, for a total of 2.2 miles, 25:42, and 291 calories burned.
My relay partner for next weekend ran 13 miles last week, and is planning on running another 13 this week! Makes me feel like a slacker. Oh well - what's done is done. I (mostly) followed the plan, and we'll see how it plays out!
