Groovy

I never run the day after a long run. I figure I deserve a break, time to let my muscles recover, blah blah.

I just went out and did 3 miles in 32:31. (Avg HR 153 bpm, 563 cal burned.) Not blisteringly fast for most people, but a 10:50 pace is good for me these days. Better than good, really!

Mile 1: 10:45 143 bpm
Mile 2: 10:58 155 bpm
Mile 3: 10:48 162 bpm

After running for 2 hours yesterday, 32 minutes seemed like nothing at all. It helped that it was another indescribably glorious spring day. It was like running through a Vermont postcard.
